The responsibilities of a private-branch exchange (PBX) technician include the installation, programming, repair, and maintenance of voice and computing products, such as VoIP PBX systems, for a business. You configure the voice server, install and configure the correct VoIP software, and troubleshoot codes as needed.
We are looking for a telecom technician with at least 2 year experience with VoIP and Yeastar products.
