- Saudi candidate at a Director level with more than 7 years of experience in the advertising industry.
- Shows stability in his career (not a jumper) with a good track record (as confirmed by his references)
- Able to lead a team (further down the line) and has a strong teamwork dynamic with other departments (strategy and creative)
- Able to set short and long-term business growth strategies for the company
- Has both government and private sectors experience
- Strong network and relationships in the government and private sectors
- Extremely well-organized and detail-oriented and able to manage the new business database of proposals and supporting documents
- Lead and complete the process from lead generation to signing the contract
- Familiar with the KSA government RFP process and systems
- Experienced in preparing government RFP proposals and managing followups as per Saudi Regulations in Arabic and English
- Strong Financial understanding and ability to work on financial proposals and profitability assessment of opportunities
- Ability to identify growth opportunities within existing clients and develop growth initiatives
- Preferably based in Riyadh, with the ability to travel between Riyadh and Jeddah as needed and with short notice
