IT Project Coordinator
1-year contract (contract is renewable/convertible to permanent)
Job Summary
The incumbent will assist, report to the Head of IT and work closely with relevant function departments across Lentor Health.
The incumbent will mainly be responsible for end-to-end key project coordination, and assisting in administrative, operational system implementation, and efficiency improvement.
Job Responsibilities
- Able to understand the project requirement assigned and start immediately with minimum supervision.
- Assisting the line manager in keeping track of project expenses.
- Ensure that all projects that are assigned are delivered on time.
- Handling IT project administrative tasks such as procurement of equipment or services.
- Organize communication conference meetings, take meeting minutes, and follow up on all the mentioned projects in a timely manner, including vendors.
- Maintaining good project documentation and meeting minutes.
- Manage, monitor, and improve workflow efficiency.
- Protecting the organization's confidential information.
- Plan and execute IT Projects within the time scope.
- Provide project status reports regularly to the immediate line manager.
- Work together with the Head of IT, monitoring and facilitating IT system rollout and testing of the new system at Lentor Health.
- Adhering to Lentor Health Procedures and Policies.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the line manager.
Job Requirement
- Diploma/degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or equivalent.
- Good project management skills.
- Team player, self-driven, and able to work under pressure with a sense of urgency.
- Able to manage project schedules and timelines.
- Energetic, possess a high level of organizational skill with the ability to multi-task and see activities through to completion of a high standard.
- Meticulous, organized, and attentive to details.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) & Reporting tools.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and are highly adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
- Good oral and written communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skill.
- Healthcare experience will be an added advantage.
