Reporting to the COO, you have indirect responsibility of Branch Administrators and Coordinators who will directly report to Operational Managers. You are responsible for the coordination and smooth-running of the administration function nationwide. You will provide direction and expertise to branch administrators and coordinators as well as creating efficiencies and synergies within the team. You’ll help with the process, discipline, training and consistency of the function where appropriate to create greater efficiencies, whilst maintaining the appropriate level of admin support for the branches.
One of the main responsibilities in the role will be to deploy and embed our new Modern Workplace systems, processes, and ways of working with the administrative functions, including consistency across all processes relating to D365 and Time and Attendance.
In addition, you will also be responsible for the following.
- Implement efficiencies in invoicing and time sheeting processes in the admin function.
- Debtor Management:
- Accounts Payable
- Reporting

You will be proactive, self-motivated and able to work under your own initiative. Travel to our sites nationally will be required. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written is mandatory.
We are looking for some who is systems and process driven and has an eye for continual improvement.
The technical stuff you'll need includes:
- 5+ years office administration experience, ideally including accounting experience.
- Experience in use of ERP software packages – ideally Microsoft D365, including experience using Microsoft office software, Promapp software
- An ability to deal with confidential information appropriately.
- Current driver’s licence.
Skills Required include
- Good organizational, administrative and time management skill
- Excellent customer service skills.
- High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and ability to multi-task
