Manager / Senior Manager, Strategy and Innovation [Singapore]

This role supports the development and execution of innovative strategies and initiatives to drive growth opportunities for an evolving philanthropy and fundraising sector.

Key Responsibilities and Activities:

1. Assists to establish growth trajectory and performance matrix for Community Chest to support the Social Service Strategic Thrusts (4ST) Vision.

2. Helps to develop Community Chest’s multi-year strategies and goals.

3. Drives the formulation and monitoring of balanced scorecard and KPIs for Community Chest.

4. Facilitates informed decision making by providing timely research and insight to the management team and Committee.

5. Evaluates philanthropy, fundraising and engagement opportunities through competitive, financial, sectoral and strategic fit analyses.

6. Drives the formulation of new ideas and innovative funding instruments to discover solutions and offerings to issues and problems.

7. Any other duties as assigned by management.

Personal Competencies:

1. Structured and analytical mind with good problem identification and solving abilities.

2. Strategic thinking and good interpersonal skill.

3. Strong communication & interpersonal skills to work with multiple stakeholders

4. Able to work independently as well as in a team

Skills & Knowledge:
1. Numerical and comfortable with handling financial projection
2. Advanced aptitude in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
3. Knowledge of social service/fundraising landscape will be an added advantage

Experience:
Minimum 3 years of work experience in strategy formulation and execution
