Main Duties & Responsibilities
Answer inbound customer calls and manage inquiries regarding products and orders
Be responsible for the quick and efficient response to the customer’s needs
Acknowledge, forward & resolve client questions and complaints
Communicate internally with other departments, following up on pending issues related to customer's requests
Be always updated with the company's products and promos as required
Qualifications/ Competencies
Proven work experience of at least 1 year as a call center agent
Be familiar with a call center’s technology
Very good written and verbal communication skills in English
PC literacy (excellent user of Ms Office suit)

Be able to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast paced environment.
Very strong communication and interpersonal skills.
