Job Responsibilities:
- To consistently maintain cleanliness and desired water conditions in the swimming pools, Jacuzzi & fountains.
- To carry out pool & Jacuzzi maintenance daily e.g. maintains proper chemical balance in the pool.
- Supervise and observe swimmers at all times to ensure their safety in the pools.
- To consistently ensure that all swimming pool rules are strictly adhered by the members/ guests.
- To do extra cleanliness at a poolside area such as tables, chairs, umbrellas & etc.
- To ensure a safe environment around the pool area at all times.
- To keep and maintain all swimming pool equipment in proper order.
- To update and report of any problems/ losses/ fault to superior for immediate action.
- To assist sports & recreation areas wherever necessary.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
- Certificate in CPR and Lifeguard by a recognized source of training will be an added advantage.
- Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations.
- Skill in the application of lifeguarding surveillance and rescue techniques.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment physical skills evaluation as stipulated by the department.
- Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork.
- Knowledge of CPR and emergency medical procedures.
- Ability to follow routine verbal and written instructions.
- Knowledge of customer service standards and procedures.
