  • he Stakeholder Coordinator will be the primary contact with all external parties and will meet, discuss and understand their needs and issues and manage their expectations. R
  • esponsible for managing interfaces and ensuring that approvals and permits are sought and obtained for all aspects of the Project. Tracking Authority approvals, monitoring, escalation, expediting issues, issue resolution and risk mitigation. W
  • ill develop a Stakeholder Engagement Plan. M
  • ain point of communication with the client on all authority issues. I
  • ssue Monthly Stakeholder Reports. P

  • evelop RFPs and scope for master planning and design consultants. T
  • echnically review and suggest best practices for the design of all product types. S
  • tudy and implement improved efficiencies for design and construction stages. I
  • dentify engineering grey areas on given project documents and suggest, within a short time of actions, rectifying as necessary. P
  • erform redline reviews of all plans during each design stage for suggested value engineering. C
  • ontribute to the urban planning and design of products. A
  • ttend, manage, and take minutes to ensure compliance of design consultants to adhere to the schedule of deliverables and full coordination between all disciplines. S
  • upport the Procurement and Contracts department. R
  • eviews and analyzes design requirements and establishes the scope of work and priorities for the different engineering services departments. F
  • ollows up & assists the Project Management during the execution phases to fulfil client design requirements. O
  • rganizes & conducts coordination meetings with internal departments and third-party teams to evaluate work progress and ensure alignment or work conducted by each trade and compliance with requirements and standards. M
  • eets with Consultants to clarify project design requirements and follow-up approvals. G
  • uides and reviews the work of design consultants to ensure progress is within schedule and complies with requirements, policies and procedures. I
  • dentifies measures to reduce technical studies costs. M
  • aintain and develop the project's design and planning goals and needs. C
  • oordinate these goals and needs with the client to ensure project compliance. D
  • evelop or collect the various project goals and needs. D
  • evelop physical areas and use programs for various projects. A
  • lign lessons learned on field trips with goals and needs, and adjust to meet cultural requirements. A
  • ttend design meetings with consultants. M
  • onitor the Design and Studies Progress and ensure the Client’s requirements are communicated to the consultants. P
  • rovide comments on design documents and ensure compliance with the Client’s objectives and requirements. M
  • anage, coordinate and monitor all design development, including obtaining the Client’s design approval. M
  • anage and coordinate dissemination of design information to all relevant parties on time. M
  • anage design deliverables according to project priorities and approved time schedules. E
  • stablish, develop and monitor the appropriate procedures to manage all the above activities. I
  • nforms themselves of the relevant Quality, Environmental, Safety and Occupational Health Policies, Manuals and Procedures within Hill International and ensures continued compliance with these requirements while employed by Hill. P
  • erform other duties as assigned by the line manager/supervisor.
B
  • achelor’s degree in Architect Engineering or relevant from an accredited university in KSA. 3
  • + years of experience in similar roles in Project Management. P
  • MP, PMI, RIBA or equivalent certification is strongly preferred. S
  • trong track record in delivering projects in a fast-moving and challenging environment. P
  • roven experience in building and leading high-performing teams. C
  • omputer literate in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word. E
  • xcellent command of written and spoken English. T
