A few months ago, we raised €6.4 Million in a Series-A funding round with Tier 1 SaaS investor Capnamic to further transform the untapped €164 billion inspection market.
You will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling meetings for the sales team. You will work closely with the marketing and sales team to increase revenue and drive customer acquisition.

- You’ll play a crucial role in Lumiform’s success by being responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling meetings for the Account Executive team.
- Identify inbound leads and understand their needs and pain points.
- Reach out to users via phone, email, and social media to educate them on Lumiform’s software and schedule meetings for the Account Executives team.
- Manage and organize leads in our CRM system, update information, and ensure accurate reporting.
- Continuously educate yourself on Lumiform’s application, industry trends, and best practices for sales development.
- You are fluent in German and English - written and verbal.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Preferably you have some experience in sales development or an inside sales role, preferably in a software as a service (SaaS) environment (not a must-have).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and relationships with potential customers.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- You are resilient, and objection handling is one of your strengths.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of collaboration and accountability.
- Passion for technology, startups, and sales.
