Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Female Ecommerce Website Customer Support Agent to join our team. As a Customer Support Agent, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our online customers. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their inquiries, resolve any issues they may encounter, and ensure a positive shopping experience on our website. This position is based at our office located in IT Tower Gulberg 3, Lahore.
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via various channels, including phone calls, emails, and live chat.
Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding product details, pricing, shipping, and order status.
Assist customers in navigating the website, placing orders, and managing their accounts.
Resolve customer complaints and issues by investigating the cause, identifying appropriate solutions, and taking necessary actions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams, including logistics and technical support, to resolve complex customer inquiries and escalate issues when necessary.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products, promotions, and policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies and procedures.
Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes and provide feedback to management.
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer support or a similar role, preferably in an ecommerce environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and preferably additional languages.
Empathy, patience, and a customer-centric approach to providing exceptional service.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and make sound decisions.
Proficient computer skills and the ability to navigate various systems and software platforms.
Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of customer inquiries while maintaining attention to detail.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on business needs.
Knowledge of ecommerce platforms, website navigation, and online shopping processes.
