As a Contracts Proposals Engineers , your responsibilities are among others:
- Run tenders to Suppliers based on commercial input by Project Management teams
- Conduct technical correspondence with customers and external partners
- Prepare documentation to support project bids
- Coordinate day-to-day activities of proposals and bids
- Participate in budget preparation for assigned projects
- Contribute to proposal preparation for assigned projects
The desired qualifications for the Contracts Proposals Engineer role includes :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
- In-depth knowledge of electrical engineering aspects related to energy projects
- Fluency in English
- Willingness to travel in Greece and abroad
- Strong organizational skills
- Efficient time management
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience on working with multicultural project teams across various locations and time zones
- Previous experience in a similar role, involvement in proposal/tendering/sales procedures) within the energy sector would be advantageous
